A Historic Night at the Basketball Hall of Fame

The Vermont Coyotes are stepping into history as the first professional team from Vermont to compete on the storied court of the Basketball Hall of Fame.

While this game won’t be played at The Aud, it is an official Coyotes home game, and we’re bringing every ounce of grit, passion, and pride that defines our Pack to Springfield. This is more than a matchup, it’s a celebration of how far our organization, our state, and our fans have come.

Join us as the Coyotes face the Hartford Colts in one of the most meaningful settings in the sport. Moments like this don’t come around often, and we want our community with us every step of the way.

Please note: Because this special event takes place outside our regular 14-game home schedule, season ticket holders will need to purchase an admission ticket for this historic night.

A Historic Moment for Vermont Basketball at Barre Auditorium
On Tuesday, the Vermont Coyotes made history by placing their official team logo at center court inside the legendary Barre Auditorium—a moment that marks a new era in professional basketball in Vermont. For the first time in the Aud’s 85-year legacy, the hardwood floor now proudly displays the identity of a pro basketball team. This iconic venue has hosted countless Vermont high school championships and community events, but never before has it featured a professional team logo at its center. The Vermont Coyotes, an emerging franchise in the American Basketball Association (ABA), are proud to call Barre home—and this moment makes that official.

More Than a Logo—A Statement of Belonging
This wasn’t just a branding move—it was a powerful symbol of commitment to the local community and the future of professional basketball in Vermont. The installation was completed with precision and pride by Yipes of Barre, whose outstanding team brought the vision to life with unmatched quality and care. We are incredibly thankful for their partnership and support in making this moment possible. This was not paint—it was purpose. And now, Barre Auditorium is more than just a legendary venue. It is the official home of the Vermont Coyotes ABA team, and a bold new chapter in Vermont sports history has officially begun.
