One of the most meaningful moments in that journey was signing our Head Coach. What made it so special was that he had already been giving so much to the organization long before his official title was announced. A few months into the process, we had the opportunity to travel to Bennington, Vermont, for a special cookout with him, his family, and close friends. Signing him there, surrounded by the people who matter most to him, was powerful. It wasn’t just a contract—it was a celebration of everything we’re building together.
